De Mott Drapery Design, Inc. is an internationally recognized and respected design and manufacturing studio with expertise in couture drapery, wall-upholstery, and interior accessories. Founded by Char and Patrick De Mott in 1983, the studio primarily works in high-end residential and luxury commercial projects.

De Mott Drapery Design is highly regarded for artistic sensibility, eclecticism, and a dynamic approach. With over 30 years in the industry, they exhibit a remarkable range of expertise, imagining, and handcrafting bodies of work with unparalleled prestige and craft. The studio has collaborated with some of the most prominent and well-respected architects and interior designers, including several top AD 100 recipients. Numerous projects have led them across the globe working in locations such as England, Italy, Saudi Arabia, and Japan. Their work has been featured in notable design and lifestyle publications, such as Architectural Digest, Robb Report, Forbes Magazine, and Interior Design Magazine.

Char and Patrick De Mott continue to evolve their studio as they usher in a new generation of highly talented individuals with the addition of their son, Dylan de Mott. This young artisan sheds new light into the studio with his respective background in the arts and business and his impeccable eye for design.
